About the Artist “Teresa”

Teresa won her first art award at 10 years old for a first-place watercolor painting at the Indiana State Fair. It was a clear vase of yellow forsythia on a round brown table with an orange background. Since then and 8 years of art school later (4 years in high school and 4 years in college), she’s still creating. She majored in Visual Communications and minored in Photography from John Herron School of Art and moved to San Francisco after graduation.

Her career has mostly been in graphic design with several awards. Now, taking her lifetime of photos and transforming them into digitally painted works of art, has been a culmination of many techniques over the years.
